Idoko Health and Social Services Foundation Provides Support to Pregnant Women in Ankpa LGA, Kogi State

The Idoko Health and Social Services Foundation team paid a visit to the primary health care center in Ankpa LGA, Kogi state today, as part of their Weekly Anti-natal exercise. The team, led by Executive Director Prince Onuche Zico Isaac, provided valuable health tips to the pregnant women in attendance, emphasizing the importance of following dos and don’ts during pregnancy for a safe delivery.

The interactive session also included a question and answer segment, allowing the pregnant women to seek clarification on any concerns they had regarding their pregnancy. In a show of support and goodwill, birthing kits were distributed to the pregnant women at the end of the program, courtesy of the Birthing Kits Foundation in Australia.

“I am grateful for the support and advice provided by the Idoko Health and Social Services Foundation team. This program has been informative and helpful for me and my baby,” said one of the pregnant women in attendance.

The officer in charge of the facility also expressed their gratitude for the humanitarian support provided by the foundation and the Birthing Kits Foundation. The visit was not only informative but also uplifting for the pregnant women who left the event feeling empowered and supported.
