Ijumu Development Union (lDU) has monitored various discussions and comments by respected stakeholders on the appointment of a Chief of Staff by our in coming President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The organisation has equally thrown its weight behind the Secretary of the All Progressives Congress Campaign Council in the just concluded election, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke to be appointed as the Chief of Staff to the incoming President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
It is worthy to note that Hon. Abiodun Faleke is a tested and trusted politician, who had demonstrated uncommon loyalty to the President Elect and the ruling All Progressives Congress APC. He is capable and fit for the job of the Chief of Staff to the President Elect as he has a track record of honesty, diligence and a goal getter.
Many Nigerians have been calling for the appointment of our dear son, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke as the Chief of Staff to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This is not a misplacement of priority as it is thoughtful and a clear indication that his modest contributions as a lawmaker and grassroots politicians have been noticed and is being appreciated.
We hereby join our voice to this clarion call by well meaning Nigerians and this could only justify the saying that “the reward of handwork is more work.” We are proud of Hon. Faleke as we are very optimistic that he will justify the confidence reposed in him.
The President Elect should remember his words during his visit to the Oba of Lagos where he hailed the strategic role played by our beloved son that assured his resounding victory at the Presidential Primary election.
This is the time to reward doggedness, hard work and dedication to the Renewed Hope project of the President Elect and Hon. Faleke is qualified as he has paid his dues to Asiwaju Tinubu and the ruling APC.
We prayed for the success of the incoming administration to enable it give hope to Nigerians and accordingly to our President Elect ,”improving people’s lives with the right policies.”
