Osun state Governor-elect, Senator Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke has described the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) as “a great blessing to the party with principled life and style of leadership”
In a congratulatory message on Dr Ayu’s birthday, Adeleke said the PDP leader is “a man of impeccable character whose honesty and conscientious outlook has entrenched integrity and due process in the management of the party”, adding ” We value your person as a generation of Nigerian leaders whose record of public service is exemplary, whose consistency shapes positive national development.
“In an age of low leadership talents, Dr. Ayu remains a shining example of a role model who never compromise morality in public life and whose entire existence exemplifies soundness of ethical principles and aversion to any corruptive tendencies. Your birthday presents an opportunity to tell the world that you have an unwavering passion for doing the right thing the right way”, Senator Adeleke noted in the statement.
While lauding positive reforms and achievements of the PDP under the birthday leader, the Governor-elect recalled the massive integrated support for the PDP in the battle to win Osun governorship, pointing out that ” we defeated an incumbent with wide margins under our Chairman’s guidance and directive.
“Our dear National Chairman, you are a darling brother, a true patriot and dependable leader and father of Peoples Democratic Party. On this auspicious occasion of your birthday, I join your family, associates and admirers to wish you more blessed hours, days, weeks, months and years in your commendable service to your party and your countrymen and women”, the statement concluded.
