The political game play by supporters of the APC candidate for Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency is laughable, insensitive, dramatic, and the height of absurdity.
The Coordinator, AGENDA 4 OKAI 2023, Comr. Wodi Victor Ndazhaga has called on members to remain committed on the just course to deliver OKAI. He enjoined members across the two Local Government’s of the Constituency not to be, “discouraged and deceived about Hon. OKAI, but should expect more of Political Propaganda that would be directed to discredit, rubbish and blackmail him”. According to him, “Your support to OKAI should be complete without measure. While they lie, we would be gaining strength and acceptance through our actions and issue based politics”.
If lies is now a veritable tool been deployed to misinform the people, are we then safe if such candidates are entrusted with political power tomorrow? Think about this. The Coordinator further stressed that, “with what the APC has started (Monetary inducement laced with lies of defections), it is a clear indication of lack of blueprint to campaign. Furthermore, it implies that, they are ill prepared to offer invaluable services to the people (in their quest to gain political power), to attract meaningful growth and development”.
For Dekina/Bassa, there has to be a shift. We need those with ideas on what to do, how and when in power. We need a sane, accountable, trusted, reliable, and truthful leader. OKAI is the Man to beat.
