Appeal Court Victory: Richard Osaseyi congratulates APC Party’s flag bearer, Rt. Hon. Matthew Kolawole on Victory, Assures Him of his Optimum Support

Following the recent victory recorded at the Appeal Court over a litigation concerning the omission of the APC’ flag bearer as contestant for the forthcoming National Assembly election, Kogi born Philanthropist, Deputy Director General of Tinubu/ Shettima Presidential Campaign Council Ijumu Local Government Area Chapter, and Member Special Duties Tinubu/ Shettima Presidential National Campaign Council, Mr Richard Osaseyi, has congratulated Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu All Progressive’ Congress family and candidate on the victory recorded.

Mr Osaseyi noted that the victory recorded is not just for the affirmation of the candidate alone, but also for the entire APC family in Kogi State and by extension, the nation at large. He further stressed that the judgement delivered at the Abuja Court of Appeal which directed the immediate reinstatement of Prince Matthew Kolawole as candidate of the All Progressives Congress, and for his name and party to be included on the ballot for the forthcoming election, is a reassurance that our country’s democracy is working, and the right of the people are legally protected.

He then assured the newly unveiled but well prepared candidate of the APC, Rt. Hon. (Prince) Matthew Kolawole, of his readiness to work closely with him in order to achieve victory not just for the party, but for the entire people of Kabba/Bunu/ Ijumu Federal Constituency as we approach the 2023 general elections.

Mr. Osaseyi also uses the opportunity to salute His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello for standing firm with the people of Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu federal constituency during the legal battle for the dangling mandate to be restored.
