The State Security Adviser to the Kogi State Government, Navy Cdr. Duro Jerry Omodara (Rtd) has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello on his well deserved POLITICIAN OF THE YEAR AWARD bestowed on him by the Blueprint Newspaper.
Omodara who spoke onbehalf of the security architectures in the state said that Governor deserves the award, as the governor has entrenched himself not only into the mind of Kogites but Nigerians at large.
Omodara hinged his position on the fact that the governor’s contribution to nation building and especially his stance in securing the state makes him worthy of the award.
Omodara who made this known in a statement by Hon. Arokoyo David Femi, personal assistant to the State Security Adviser.
“Governor Bello has been able to imprint his name in the hearts of Nigerians across all nooks and crannies of the Country. The Governor has particularly priorities in the State.
“The award is just and rewards for commitment and responsiveness for a great feat.”
Governor Yahaya Bello on Tuesday in Abuja, bagged the POLITICIAN OF THE YEAR AWARD by one of the nation’s prominent newspapers, the Blueprint. According to the Organizer, the Award was in recognition of the Governor’s outstanding leadership qualities and decisive handling of the security situation in the State and active political participation over the years.
