Baseball Tomorrow Academy Donates Jerseys to Kwara State Baseball Team Ahead of National Youth Games

In preparation for the upcoming national youth games in Asaba, the Baseball Tomorrow Academy has made a generous donation to the Kwara State Baseball team. The academy, known for its commitment to developing young talents, presented the team with new jerseys to enhance their performance.

During the jersey presentation ceremony, both the Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission Alhaji Bola Magaji and the Director of Sports, Mallam Oladele Ibrahim Bako, expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Baseball Tomorrow Academy. He commended the academy for recognizing the need to support young talents, even without being approached or requested to do so. This act of generosity further highlights the academy’s belief that government efforts alone cannot cater to every need and that corporate bodies and individuals should also contribute to the development of sports.

The Chairman emphasized that the players would remember this kind gesture as one of the motivations they received from the Baseball Tomorrow Academy. He encouraged the team to aim for gold and assured them of a cash reward for their outstanding performance.

In response, Coach Jide Abidoye, the leader of the delegation from the Baseball Tomorrow Academy, pledged continued support to the Kwara State Baseball team. He expressed the organization’s commitment to fostering a lasting partnership with the sports commission in their shared goal of developing young talents in the sport of baseball.
