Be focused, this is your starting point of several miles in life, Ralph Arokoyo charges as St. Monica’s College Kabba celebrates 46th graduation ceremony

Dr. Raphael Arokoyo, the CEO of AF Ralph Nigeria Limited and the Special Guest, made this charge to the graduands at the 46th edition of Graduation and Price giving ceremony of St. Monica’s College Kabba on Saturday.


He congratulated the graduands, the parents and the college management led by Mrs Dare-Dada Dupe who he described as his former teacher in St. Barnabas College Kabba. “I am not surprised by what she’s doing and what she’s capable of doing as an excellent teacher.

Dr Arokoyo made a fanancial support to the college as well as a donation of a computer electronic printer to aid the administrative activities in the college.

Chairperson, Dr( Mrs) Olobatoke( provost, ABU College of Agriculture, Kabba represented by Dr. Kadiri admonished the students to be be sure to put up right attitude of not doing things for selfish gain but for the benefit of our posterity. Nothing that everyone one may be bothered about how to get to our destination in life, even the destination of our beloved nation presently may be a concern to us but with God on our side we will get to the beautiful destination.

The Principal wished the graduands good luck in their quest for knowledge and skills in their future engagements as she charged them to also remember to be kind, to be a good friend, to look out for others, follow their dreams, believe in themselves and in the words of Oscar Wilde, “Be Yourself, Everyone else is Taken”.

She also appreciated the parents for the pains and determination to ensure that the education of girl child is given priority despite the economic situation of the country.

Commends the staff for their relentless efforts in making the students a better version of themselves and for their support since her assumption of responsibility as the principal of the college, while asking for more collaboration to ensure good output.

St. Monica’s Old Girls of 1984 set made their present noticed as they came in their numbers and donated “marker boards” to enhance better teaching.
