The Director General, Kogi Utility, Infrastructure Management and Compliance Agency, Hon. Taufiq Isa has described Managing Director, Kogi State Signage and Advertising Agency, Mr. Osaseyi Richard as a core philanthropist and committed member of All Progressives Congress.
In a goodwill message to felicitate Otunba of Okoro Gbede on the occasion of his birthday, the Director General, prayed God to grant the Signage and Advertising Agency Chairman longevity, increased wisdom and knowledge in the service of humanity.
He urged Chief Richard to continue to work towards the improvement and development of youths and women in Kogi State.
