We ran into the chairman, Osun Youth Advisory Committee, Hon. Adekunle Ademola-Sadipe at the Countryhome, Ede shortly after a brief press interview with Osun West senatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Akogun Lere Oyewumi PhD.
There is no doubt in the aphorism that says every process that succeeded had a game changer. Hon. Kunle Sadipe is a technocrat, professional per excellence and a promising lover people at the grassroots who hails from Irewole local government area of Osun State. He has been a great blessing to the electoral success of the governor-elect, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke (Imole Osun).
Through the conversation that ensued, it was known that over the years, Hon. Kunle Sadipe has contributed significantly to PDP in the area of sports, media and publicity, training and empowerment of youths from Osun West senatorial district, promoting Support Groups among other things done in support of PDP and the governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
An investigation into his political antecedent shows that he has been a pillar of support to the governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke within the period he joined the PDP, viz:
👉 He promoted sporting activities in Osun West Senatorial District to mobilize and motivate youths for the governorship ambition of Senator Ademola Adeleke.
👉 While promoting sporting events in Osun West senatorial district, he purchased jerseys and other football kits and also made adequate provision for the welfare participants.
👉 He sponsored series of political programmes for the famous Adeleke Treasure Group (ATG), a socio-political group committed to the governorship ambition of Senator Ademola Adeleke from time immemorial.
👉 He conducted series of empowerment programmes such as training on Solar Installation for over thirty youths across the ten local government areas in Osun West.
👉 He donated over 2,000 pieces of customised face masks during PDP gubernatorial primaries held at Osogbo City Stadium.
👉 He produced series of campaign jingles and paid radio stations for proper broadcasting. These were done to create awareness for Senator Ademola Adeleke.
👉 He donated thousands of 40 leaves exercise books to primary and secondary school pupils across Osun West senatorial district.
👉 He sponsored and branded press crew for the Adeleke Treasure Group which included but not limited to live streaming of political events.
When asked the reason for his years of philanthropic services and meaningful contributions to the gubernatorial aspiration of Senator Ademola Adeleke, Hon. Adekunle Ademola-Sadipe said his involvement in politics is not for personal aggrandizement or to seek selfish gains but for human and infrastructural development with particular focus on the youths majority of whom are currently unemployed or underemployed.
Hon. Adekunle Ademola-Sadipe is rare breed of a young and vibrant technocrat, neo-politician and business leader committed to youth development. His vision is an epitome of his altruism, patriotism and desire for the best for Osun State. Indeed, he comes up as a trustworthy champion.
