Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon (Charvid) The Director General TINUBU /SHETTIMA CAMPAIGN COUNCIL Kogi West Senatorial District extends his condolences to the family, the people of Lokoja and Kogi State over the death of his Royal Highness Alhaji Dr Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi III, OON.
In a condolences message released through his special assistance, Mr Charvid describe The late King as an elder statesman who displayed love and fairness to all irrespective of tribal, religious and political differences.
Mr Charvid said; “The late King, stood out as a voice of honesty and forthrightness in national affairs. He was at the same time a fervent promoter of mutual tolerance and understanding not only among the diverse people who lived in his domain but also across the country.
Mr Charvid further said: “ the people of Lokoja, Kogi West, Kogi State in particular and Nigeria in general has lost a great personality.
“The late King demonstrated genuine leadership by contributing to both local and national issues objectively.
“His reign brought unprecedented development to lokoja and his memories will remain evergreen in the minds of the people.
“Above all, he was humane, cerebral and outstanding in all ramifications”.
The Director General TINUBU/ SHETTIMA CAMPAIGN COUNCIL Kogi West while urging the deceased’s family to sustain the humanitarian gestures of the late monarch, admonished them to take solace in the fact that their patriarch lived a fulfilled life worth of emulation.
Mr Charvid commiserated with the people of Lokoja, Kogi West, Kogi State and Lokoja Royal Dynasty.
He pray that the Almighty God grant you all the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanat Fridaus.
