I want to extend warmest congratulations to all Nigerians on the anniversary of June 12 Democracy Day celebration. Today marks an important day in the history of our country as we celebrate the establishment of democratic rule in Nigeria.
We must cherish the progress our country has made towards consolidating democratic governance in our nation. In spite of challenges confronting our dear country, we have remained steadfast in working towards a system of government that empowers and represents the people.
As we celebrate this landmark occasion, I felicitate and reflect on the hope and promise of a brighter future for Nigeria. I humbly urge us all to remain committed to upholding democratic principles and to continue working towards the growth and development of our nation.
