Elelulu Of Mopa Celebrates Successful Visit From Kogi Commissioner For Works

The Elelulu Of Mopa, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, graciously welcomed the Kogi State Commissioner for Works, Engr. Mohammed Ahovi Yusuf, on a significant working visit to the region.

The Commissioner visited Mopa to inspect the progress of ongoing road construction and rehabilitation projects recently approved by the Kogi State Government under the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

During the visit, Engr. Yusuf and his team, including Technical Assistant Engr. Sule Anthony and Engr. Alhasan Akubo, were lauded by the Elulu for their dedication and commitment to the project.

The Elulu also expressed his gratitude to Governor Ododo for remembering Mopa and focusing on infrastructure development in the region.

As the Commissioner assessed the projects in Mopa, he commended the State Road Maintenance Agency (KOGROMA) for the quality of work done on the roads, including fillings, drainage systems, culverts, kerbs, and rings. The successful inspection highlighted the progress and importance of these infrastructure projects in Mopa.

Before concluding the visit to Mopa, the Commissioner paid a courtesy call to the Elulu of Mopa, further strengthening the relationship between the community and the government. The visit was a reminder of the collaborative efforts required to drive development and improve infrastructure in the region.
