An expert in systems engineering and maritime electronics, Mr. Bolarinwa Ayepeku has made the list of Ekinrin-Adde indigenes to be conferred with Distinguished Community Development Service Award.
The Conferment of the award was disclosed by the National Publicity Secretary of Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association (EACDA), Adewale Victor Adekanye.
The statement noted that Engr. Bolarin Ayepeku is one of the eminent sons of the community who has made landmark contributions to Community building.
Engineer Bolarin Ayepeku was born to the family of Pa and Mrs. Ayepeku Olobaniyi of Aofin Agbalogbo clan in Ekinrin-Adde.
Like most children born and raised in Ekinrin-Adde, Engineer Bolarin Ayepeku is a child of destiny who was born and raised smartly by his parents within the community without a silver spoon. He started his Primary School Education at KDJEC (now known as Model Primary School) and proceeded to the Prestigious Baptist High School (BHS) where he got his Secondary School School Certificate.
Bolarin proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Bida in Niger State, where he had his OND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. After that, he then proceeded to bag his HND in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State.
Continuing his academic endeavors, Bolarin did not only complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications, he remains unrelenting in his pursuit of additional academic Excellence.
Bolarin Ayepeku boasts of a career spanning more than two decades in System Engineering and Project Leadership. With extensive training and over 20 years of hands-on experience, he specializes in providing solutions and system integration for IT/telecommunications systems, Satellite Communications, Maritime Electronics, Security, and Navigational aids systems.
Demonstrating a consistent track record, he excels in designing, implementing, and integrating cost-effective, high-performance technical solutions. Additionally, he showcases exceptional leadership skills, adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Engineer Bolarin was a Senior Engineer at Radial Circle Group- Nigeria where he worked from 2003 to 2017. He currently works with a multinational based in Lagos, Nigeria as a Telecoms/Marine Electronics Support Engineer.
Despite not listing all the technical training courses he has completed, Engineer Bolarin Ayepeku boasts of an impressive collection of nearly forty certifications from around the world. His dedication to professional development, continuous learning, and excellence makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
Bolarin Ayepeku bagged the Q4 2022 Senior VP Awards for supporting Excellent turnaround maintenance delivery 8 days ahead of schedule. VP CIO Awards for delivery of IT/Telecoms systems and services for deepwater Bonga Scheduled Maintenance activities (SMA). Multiple organization’s Special Recognition Awards (SRA) for various projects and milestones deliveries. Having worked in different African countries, Engineer Bolarin Ayepeku is well-traveled across Africa and all over the world, he currently works in the Gulf of Guinea. He has a deep rooted passion for the advancement, development and peace of Ekinrin -Adde Community. This He has demonstrated times and again.
