In a grand ceremony held on Thursday 10th April, 2025, ESV Olugbenga Collins Rotimi FNIVS FCAI RSV, the CEO of Rotimi Olu and co, congratulated ESV John Oluwayinka Eniwaiye on his inauguration as the 4th Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers [NIESV] Kogi State Branch.
ESV Rotimi, who was the chairman of the occasion, praised ESV Eniwaiye for his strong leadership qualities and expressed confidence that under his administration, the branch would flourish and reach new heights. He also acknowledged the contributions of past chairmen, urging the newly inaugurated chairman to build on their legacy and take the body to even greater achievements.
ESV John Oluwayinka Eniwaiye, ANIVS RSV, thanked ESV Rotimi for his kind words and assured him and all members of the branch that he would work diligently to uphold the values of the institution and serve the members to the best of his abilities.
The inauguration was attended by prominent members of the real estate industry, government officials, and other stakeholders who all expressed their support and best wishes for ESV Eniwaiye’s tenure as Chairman.
