Hon Makinde Lays Foundation For Construction Of School At Epe Community

House of Reps Member, Hon Abiola Peter Makinde representing Ondo East and West Federal Constituency has laid foundation for the construction of three blocks of classroom, office and storage in Epe community, Ondo East.

The event which had The Yangede of Epe, HRM Oba Issac Oyebade Adenusi in attendance, party leaders, HAM Education Committee, Permanent Secretary for Ondo State Ministry of Education and other notable sons and daughters of Epe Kingdom.

In his speech, Hon Makinde noted that he is poised to do even more as Epe is a community with great history in Ondo. While appreciating the Yangede of Epe for his support, he also thanked him for the opportunity to give back to the Epe community. He also used the avenue to confirm the provision of concrete electric poles to Oluwanifemi community and over 100 electric poles going to be made available for Pele community in the coming weeks.

While charging the residents and youths of the community to be cooperative with the contractor, Hon Makinde also charged the latter to deliver the school project in the shortest time possible.

The Deputy-Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character appreciated his supporters who came all the way to grace the event. He prayed for their continued safety and support as we head into political campaign season officially billed to commence in the coming days.
