As it’s observed all over the Nation, Ijumu Student Union (National) hosts Secondary Schools student on children’s day for quiz and debate program. The events see performance from different schools and students who performed beyonds expectations of the organizers.
The main point of the program was the Quiz and Debate competition on the topic: Will Social media safe the world or Kill it.
The Winners are:
1st Position: Community Comprehensive College Ekinrin-Adde which they got the financial reward of ~N~40,000
2nd Position:Iyara Muslim high School got the financial reward of ~N~25,000.
3rd Position Okoro-Gbede High School got the reward of ~N~15,000
4th Position Community Secondary School Ogidi got the reward of ~N~5,000
Which the cash was presented to them by the Ijumu Students Union National President accompanied by the executives.
Also five best students in the debate was selected and rewarded N2,000 each to encourage them.
The student body used the medium to appeal to all our philanthropist, Stakeholders and elites across Ijumu to please partner with the Union to help discover the best students in their chosen Field of study.
