KGCSDA Trains CPMCs Members on Community Project Implementation, Financial Management

Towards it planned Commissioning of 100 Micro projects across the 21 LGAs of Kogi State to mark the 100 days in office of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, the Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency has trained another set of 91 persons.

This training, Mall. Dauda Momohjimoh, General Manager Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency, says brings the total number of persons trained to 182 from 26 Communities across the State on Community Project Management Committee.

The General Manager of the CSDA, Chief Dauda Momohjimoh, made the disclosure at the resumption of the second rounds of ongoing training for CPMCs members held at Okene.

The training program for the CPMCs is under the Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG- CARES).

The General Manager urged the participants at the training to take it with the seriousness it deserves, pointing out that their understanding in implementing and executing the identified 100 projects would ensure the success of the projects commissioning.

Mall Dauda said the community projects would be flagged off in March, rounded up in April and commissioned in May, urged the participants to take seriously the training with full understanding of the modalities and processes.

The General Manager advised the CPMCs members to be good ambassadors of their communities, pointing out that though a selfless service, urged them to be committed to the training towards ensuring that the projects are commissioned on schedule.

Community’s present at the second rounds of the training include:
Egume, Ola Eniji, Agbenema, Adogo, Odogu, Elele, Oluwa Egume, Old Ganaja, Ejegbo, Sabongari, Enjema, Otte.
