Hon Olobatoke congratulate the entire Kogites on the 33 years of peaceful Co-existence despite our diverse in custom, culture and norms. He calls for more Unity, Cooperation regardless of social status, Gender and tribes, say kogi state can be more stronger and prosperous when we sees ourselves as one formidable entity.
While Appreciating the present leadership of the state His Excellency Governor Usman Ododo, for moving the state to greater level, he emphasized the need for more collaboration from past heroes/leaders both in military and Democratically elected leaders.
Hon Olobatoke further expressed, “this day can’t come to bear without remembering our founding fathers whose sacrifice, brainstorming and resourceses put together birthed the present kogi state we are now” their efforts shall not be in vain. Kogi state been blessed with abundance of natural resources like Iron ore, limestone, coal and many more, this can be leverage on to lift and transform our state like others.
