***Pledges to be Governor for all
The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP for November 11, 2023 election in kogi state on Thursday 27th, April 2023 pledged to be Governor of all, by all and for all and fear of God. He stated that his government will not personalise people’s patrimony, cut the local government salaries into percentage and pay half salaries in the state.
While addressing the monarch, he stated that God created the King for a purpose for Ebiraland not because he a king but for the intellectual mobility in him as far back 32years will have met ,which he will always be noteworthy.
“By the end of January 2024 ,Kogi State will bids farewell to half salaries in kogi state” he added.
Melaye further indulged the monarch to personally appreciate the Amazon of Ebiraland Barrister Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan and her husband for their total support in just concluded PDP primaries

Whike presenting the candidate to the monarch, said that what Ohinoyi’s wish for a very long time has come to reality, that by the special Grace of God Dino will be Governor in November 11, 2023.
The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland Dr Ado Ibrahim in his remarks, blessed and thanks the PDP Governorship candidate for the visit and Fortright in sharing the ideas to develop the state.
Also Present at the palace are: the State PDP Chairman, ,former house of representatives member Hon Abduraham Gbadamasi aka Gbadams, former Okene local government Council Chairman, Hon karaku Obama. Others are: Hon Iliasu Zubaru and Hon Bode Ogunmola House Assembly member elect .
