Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly and Candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress for Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming coming general elections in 2023, Rt. Hon. Kolawole Olushola Matthew, has condoled and commiserated with His Royal Majesty, Oba Anthony Gbamigbade, Ekinrin-Adde Community over the demise of The Alaa Of Ekinrin Adde Kingdom, High Chief Davies Abiodun whose death occurred this morning after a brief illness.
The Speaker said it is devastating and sad for someone to lose one of his trusted allies, especially a beloved dependable chief who has been so supportive to the kingdom, praying that God will comfort the children, family and entire community.
It is on this note, that Rt. Hon. Matthew O. Kolawole on behalf of his family, the people of Kabba/Bunu State Constituency, members, management and staff of the State Assembly wish to commiserate with the traditional institution of Ekinrin-Adde Community and the entire family for the death of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and chief, High Chief Davies Abiodun who died at the age of 65 years.
