Kogi State Ministry of Education Announces Commencement Date for 2024/2025 WAEC Data Capturing in Public Secondary Schools
In a bid to ensure a smooth and successful 2024/2025 West African Examination Council (WAEC) process, the Kogi State Ministry of Education has announced the date for the commencement of data capturing in Public Secondary Schools across the state.
The announcement was made in a statement signed by Mrs Iyabo Moraiyewa, the WAEC Desk Officer for Kogi State, on Friday in Lokoja. According to the statement, the data capturing exercise is set to kick off on Monday, January 13, 2025.
Mrs Moraiyewa emphasized the importance of the collaboration and support of all relevant stakeholders in ensuring the success of the exercise. She urged Public Secondary School Principals to ensure the readiness of their schools for the arrival of the WAEC data capturing teams.
“This is to bring to the notice of all Public Secondary School Principals that teams from the Consultant handling WAEC DATA CAPTURING will be visiting schools starting from Monday 13th of January, 2025 for data capturing of their students. Please we seek your total cooperation for a seamless exercise,” the statement read.
With the set date for the commencement of the data capturing exercise announced, all eyes are now on the Public Secondary Schools in Kogi State to ensure they are fully prepared for the upcoming 2024/2025 WAEC process.
