End of an era; a patriarch joins his ancestors!
It is with a saddened heart, but glory to the Almighty for an exemplary life, that I express my condolences to the great people of Aiyegunle Gbedde community for the death of a worthy royal father.
My heartfelt condolences, also go to the entire good people of Ijumu local government area, and Okun at large on the demise of our notable and well-respected father, the Olu of Aiyegunle Gbede. His Royal Majesty Oba Michael Olutimeyin Ayeni.
I pray, that God gives the entire Aiyegunle Gbedde, Ijumu and Okun land, the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss. I also pray that God will give Aiyegunle community another great leader, to fill the vacuum already created by the demise of the royal father.
The late King was indeed a father, who extends his hands of fellowship to all and also worked tirelessly for the unity of Okun land at large.
I pray that God shall keep and strengthen the immediate family that he left behind and the community at large.
May his gentle soul continue to rest in peace eternal.
