The recently inaugurated Governing Council of the Federal College of Education, Pankshin in Plateau state, made an impactful visit to the Government House in Jos today. Led by Hon. Funsho Olumoko, Chairman of the Governing Board, the team paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, and the Hon. Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly.

During the visit, Hon. Funsho Olumoko emphasized the importance of collaboration between the state government and the institution, highlighting the need for support in areas such as infrastructure, training facilities, technology, and security to enhance the college’s mission.
In response, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang expressed his appreciation for the visit and assured the Chairman and his team of the government’s support and commitment to achieving academic growth and community development within the institution.
The visit also included a meeting with the Hon. Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Gabriel Dawan, where the Deputy Speaker and other Principal Officers of the Assembly joined in welcoming the team. The Speaker reiterated their willingness to offer unparalleled support, setting a clear roadmap for development.
The exchange of pleasantries, signing of visitor books, and photo sessions marked the end of the fruitful and promising visit, showcasing a strong partnership between the Federal College of Education, Pankshin, and the leadership of Plateau State.
