The Vice Chancellor of Kogi State University, Kabba, Prof. K.I.T. Eniola, recently convened a crucial meeting with heads of security agencies operating within the Kabba metropolis. The meeting, held as part of the university’s ongoing security initiatives, focused on enhancing collaboration between the university and the security community in the state.

During the meeting, the Chief Security Officer of the university, Mr. Samuel Olubato, expressed appreciation for the dedication of the KSU Kabba Security committee in maintaining peace within the university community. Prof. Eniola commended their efforts and encouraged them to continue their vigilant efforts in ensuring the safety of students and staff.

Recognizing the importance of proactive security measures, the Vice Chancellor urged the security agencies to develop strategies to prevent potential security threats around the university premises. He assured the agencies of the university’s support in their efforts to maintain a secure environment.
