The Kogi state chapter of the PDP has formally welcome the Governor of Kogi State, H.E Alhaji Yahaya Bello back into the state after wasting huge resources of the state at a charade conducted by the APC in Abuja.
“It is sad that, after spending the state hard earned resources and accumulating several loans in the name of the state, the Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello, was able to gather just 47 votes, falling short of even the 63 votes he left the state with, which shows, that he is not even in control of his state”, this was contained in a statement signed the Public Assistant on News Matters to the Director of Media and Communications of the party in the state, Alhaji Nurudeen Ganiyu.
The statement, further queried why the delegates disappointed the Governor, like he has being disappointing the state and the hard working workers on their salaries and benefits.
The party also wish the Governor a happy 47th birthday as it is reported to coincide with the votes at the convention.
